Baby Boba Return Policy
At Baby Boba we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 100 day returns policy from the date you receive your order.
Conditions for returns:
Reflection period:
You have 100 days after receiving your order to register a return.
Condition of the product:
The product must be in unused and unopened condition, with the original packaging and tags intact. The item must not be damaged, washed or used. If the item is defective, please contact us for further instructions.
Return process:
Send us an email to Info@babyboba.com to register your return. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
You will then receive a return form and instructions for returning the product.
Postage costs:
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, unless the product is defective or an error on our part.
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. This may take several business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is an error on our part.
Exceptions:
Some products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. This applies, for example, to products that come into direct contact with the skin (such as care products).
